Laurent is an investment banker whose career spans more than four decades across real estate and non-real-estate sectors. His experience includes mortgage-backed securities at Salomon Brothers and the leadership of an independent advisory firm focused on complex financial transactions.
Marco Howington
President and Co-Founder
Marco advises on project viability, governmental and public relations, strategic planning and development execution. His experience includes coordinating municipal and state approvals and working with banks, developers and public stakeholders across the East Coast and New York metropolitan area.
Justin Madoff
Chief Operating Officer
Justin leads operating infrastructure, transaction coordination and process execution. His background spans real estate, financial advisory and organizational strategy, with a focus on underwriting workflows, client materials, capital-process management and systems that move complex assignments forward.
