About Us

We Built This Firm For Deals Like Yours

WHY WE EXIST

The industry's problem became our opportunity.

We’ve been on both sides of the table. We know what it’s like to be promised senior attention and get handed to an analyst. To wait days for answers. To feel like your deal is just another entry in someone’s pipeline.

We built Macallan to be different. Not different for the sake of it, but different because sponsors deserve better. We keep our deal flow selective so we can give every client the attention their transaction demands.

OUR PRINCIPLES

How we operate.

01

Principals, Not Process

You work directly with senior people who have the experience, relationships, and decision-making authority to move your deal forward. No layers. No delays.

02

Selective, Not Scalable

We deliberately limit our deal flow. That means we’re not trying to maximize volume, we’re trying to maximize outcomes for every sponsor we work with.

03

Integrated, Not Siloed

Debt, equity, entitlements; we see the full picture. Our team works together to find creative solutions that single-product advisors miss.
