[New York, NY] Kiernan Pusey brings over two decades of experience across commercial real estate, securitization, private equity, and financial services. His extensive background spans top institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Bridge Investment Group, and most recently, consultancy roles with Kuvare Insurance Services and a Los Angeles-based private RTL lender.
Driven by a strong track record of enhancing performance and streamlining operations, Kiernan has helped transform lending platforms into highly efficient, results-driven operations. In his recent consulting engagements, Kiernan’s strategic guidance helped both firms strengthen their operations and more than double their annual loan originations. As Chief Operating Officer of Bridge Debt Strategies, Kiernan played a central role in forming and scaling that platform and helping to position it as a well-regarded real estate debt investor and fund manager. Since his tenures with Kuvare Insurance Services and Bridge Investment Group, the commercial real estate arm of Kuvare was acquired by Blue Owl Capital and Bridge is currently in the process of being acquired by Apollo Global Management.
Kiernan also served as a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Commercial Real Estate Lending group, where he was a team leader in their securitization efforts, managed high-profile institutional partnerships, and played a critical role in complex real estate transactions. Before his time at Morgan Stanley, Kiernan served as a Real Estate Finance Associate at Dechert LLP, a leading international law firm, where he acted as outside counsel to Morgan Stanley and other institutional lenders.
