Our Process

  1. We start with an introductory Zoom or conference call or an in person meeting.
  2. Upon the initial introduction, we provide a Client Transaction Form
  3. Once completed, we review the information and if we believe the project has merit, we have a further in-depth meeting to discuss more-deeply the project.
  4. If we agree to move forward, our Underwriting team will provide a detailed list of deliverables to include an executive summary, Proforma, financial, etc.
  5. If the Macallan Team believes your project is solid, we will create a Contract outlining each of the steps involved and all the requirements to complete the Underwriting Process.
  6. Once the Underwriting Process is complete, a Term Sheet will be provided.
